Universal Augers Pte Ltd (Formally Pengo Asia Pte Ltd) was established in 1998. Originally a subsidiary of the California based Auger manufacturer, Pengo Corporation. The company de-merged from Pengo Corporation in December 2001 due to changes in our UK shareholding and renamed as Universal Augers Pte Ltd
